Michael and Kristen were child hood sweethearts, but haven't spoken in 10 years. Thrown back together as they both begin their thirties, is there still anything between them? With nothing but a gang of dysfunctional friends as allies will they discover if this second chance is love or just nostalgia? Dead Cat is a quirky take on contemporary relationships in London.
Dead Cat, is the romantic comedy directed by Stefan Georgiou and starring Seb Armesto, both featured in Screen Internationals Star of Tomorrow 2011. With the soundtrack featuring the best of British new music including Dry The River, Sound of Guns and Chad Valley, and cast including Tom Mison (One Day, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen) and Johnny Palmeiro (Bonded by Blood, The Kid), Dead Cat brings together the emerging talent of young Britain.
Director - Stefan Georgiou
Selected as one of Screen Internationals Stars of Tomorrow 2011, Stefan has been an active part of the British film community having worked with Pathe, Capitol and Ardman Studios. Dead Cat is his debut feature film.
Producing team - Ben Hilton and Fodhla Cronin O'Reilly
Ben Hilton also previously worked with Capitol and recently completed work on a documentary for BBC1 which was screened over Easter and has gone on to international distribution.
Fodhla Cronin O'Reilly joined the London based Low Fat Films in 2006, where she produced several music videos and short films. She is currently doing a Masters in Producing at the National Film and Television School.

Editor - Steve Beard
Stephen is a film editor based in Soho, London. He has edited a variety of different formats including commercials, music promos, corporate films and short fiction. Stephen also has online experience in TV broadcast programmes for the BBC and Living TV.
Cinematographer - Jun Keung Cheung
JC has shot shorts, music videos, documentaries and features and his work has screened at over 50 domestic and international festivals.
